Banco De Oro National Union Officers Inducted

 

          Executive Director Hans Leo J. Cacdac inducted the newly elected national officers of the NUBE – Banco De Oro Employees Association headed by Mr. Nestor Perez on July 15, 2005.  Mr. Jose Umali, NUBE National President stated that its affiliate NUBE-BDOEA covers 200 branches of Banco De Oro nationwide.  Mr. Umali expressed hope that in the near future Banco de Oro will become the number one bank in the Philippines.

 

        In a message delivered by Executive Director Cacdac, he encouraged the new set of officers to avail of the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in addressing workplace issues and concerns whenever possible.  He further stressed that NCMB will always be there to provide assistance through its three (3) programs – Conciliation-Mediation, Voluntary Arbitration and Labor Management Cooperation.

 

        Ms. Perla Toledo, Vice-President for Human Resources of Banco De Oro and the Singapore Bank Employees Union (SBEU) also attended the occasion to witness the induction of the new officers.  Rachel E. Angeles
