Cojuangco named as Officer-In-Charge for Office of Deputy Executive Director IV

 

Department of Labor and Employment officially designated Labor Attache Eleuterio S. Cojuangco as Officer-in Charge, Office of the Deputy Executive Director of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board last August 22, 2005.

 

During the simple program prepared by the NCMB in welcoming Labatt Cojuangco, he was pleased to be a part of the Board once again. It is expected that he will contribute an upright and efficient leadership in promoting industrial peace.

 

Executive Director Hans Leo J. Cacdac addressed words of support and cooperation in behalf of the Board’s officials and employees.

 

Labatt Cojuangco is considered an expert in the field of conciliation and mediation for he was once involved in the program being the Head of the Technical Support Services Department of NCMB from 1987-1990.  From 1990-1999, he assumed the position of Deputy Executive Director of the Board.  He became Labor Attache II assigned to different Philippine Overseas Labor Office in Asia particularly in Malaysia, Taiwan and Oman from 1999-2005.  Ranked as CESO IV of the President, his career path can be tracked serving the labor department for almost 30 years.  His colleagues and subordinates hail him as an altruistic individual.
